Background



The September 19, 1985 Mexico City was hit by one of the most devastating earthquakes in its history. Recovery after its partial collapse, and its hundreds of victims, wounded and missing accompany a generation that has yet to close this chapter considered the most painful for the entire nation. Likewise, twenty years later, on March 11 of 2011, off the coast of Honshu, Japan, has its epicenter which is considered "The Great East Japan earthquake" causing the generation of a tsunami which increases the power one of the most significant for the Japanese people natural tragedies. How do the people assimilate the status of a catastrophe of this magnitude, overcoming adversity time and returning to his former life system? How can people be heirs of a memory from their own pain and their own pain build your strength? What is the significance of the loss and how this loss may bring such solidarity to strengthen humanitarian cooperation between nations? This project seeks to explain by developing the next program.
